The Machine LW V1 has a completely new frame geometry that creates insane light wind power. By eliminating the 4th and 5th strut, the design team was able to lighten the overall construction while increasing the light wind performance of the Machine LW V1. The highly efficient aspect ratio is tuned to push the limits of light wind performance and upwind trajectory. Built with an ultra-rigid Dacron frame as well as our premium 4x4 Canopy Tech made from reinforced Teijin Ripstop nylon, the Machine LW V1 offers structure, stability and unrivalled wind range. This structural stability allows for better reaction speed with larger kites and allows you to hold the kite easier should the wind increase. In rounding out the Machine LW V1, we focused on optimising material science for a simplified approach. With a three-strut frame, a minimalist and strategic fairing layout and a premium, streamlined pulleyless bridle system, we minimised additional weight to achieve pure light-wind performance.
